Seeking experienced Preschool (3-5 years) Teachers to implement an established curriculum, develop lesson plans. The candidate will maintain a warm, inviting learning environment for children, incorporating age-appropriate activities to meet individual needs, Virginia Child Care Licensing Regulations and Head Start Program Performance Standards. The Lead Teacher will work in conjunction with a Teacher Assistant and other staff to facilitate early childhood education for children under their care,  accompanying children in their faith and helping them develop intellectually, physically and emotionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelors or associates in early childhood education, child development (CDA) or related field. 

*At least two years of successful experience in a preschool classroom setting

*Experience in Teaching Strategies 

*Must have basic computer skills

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS A PLUS… 
*Bilingual (Spanish, Arabic or Amharic)
*Current CPR/First Aid/MAT certifications preferred
